- 每个 HTML 页都有 Markdown 孪生：同路径加 index.md。
- 证据级别只有三档：实测（维护者真机走通并记日期）、用户回报（真实用户走通）、待实测（没人走通，不写「已适配」）。

## 待实测的宿主
